International Shipping & Import Taxes

  • We ship worldwide, except for countries with shipping restrictions.
  • Customers outside the European Union are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees imposed by their country.
  • For U.S.,UK and Canada customers, we offer pre-paid import taxes on certain products. This will be indicated on the checkout page.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Please allow up to 3 business days for tracking updates.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to carrier issues.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days with photos of the damage.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been inspected.
