Purpose of Data Processing
When subscribing to our newsletter, we process your personal data (in particular your email address and, if provided, your name) in order to send you:
- Development updates
- Upcoming product launches
- Limited offers and promotions relating to MicroCoaster
Your data will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Newsletter Service Provider
We use Mailchimp (Intuit Inc., USA) to manage and send our newsletter. Mailchimp acts as a data processor on our behalf. Data transfer to the USA takes place on the basis of standard contractual clauses of the European Commission.
Tracking and Analytics
To optimize our newsletter campaigns, Mailchimp provides statistical evaluation, such as whether emails were opened or links clicked.
Additionally, we use Facebook Pixel and Shopify backend tracking to analyze the performance of our campaigns. This may allow us to better understand user behavior and show you relevant content.
Storage Duration
We store your data until you unsubscribe from the newsletter. After unsubscribing, your data will be deleted unless retention is required by law.
No Double Opt-In
Please note that the subscription to our newsletter does not use a double opt-in procedure. Your consent is given directly when entering and submitting your email address.
Your Rights
According to the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (www.dsb.gv.at).
