📦 What if something breaks or I need spare parts?

No worries! With our Satisfaction Guarantee, you can be sure that your MicroCoaster kit will always work as intended. If a part breaks or stops working under normal use, we’ll replace it free of charge. (Please refer to the instruction manual included with your kit—improper handling may void the replacement guarantee.) We also offer additional spare parts and upgrade options to keep your setup running smoothly.Our goal is to ensure that your MicroCoaster works perfectly—whether you need replacements or want to upgrade your setup.

🏠 Do I have enough space for a track?

Absolutely! The system is modular and adapts to both small and large spaces. You can start with a compact layout and expand over time. Take a look at what other coaster enthusiasts have built with our sets—some of their creations are incredibly compact and fit perfectly on a small desk!

⚙️ Can I really bring my own ideas to life?

Yes! Our track and elements are highly customizable, allowing you to create your own layouts. You're not limited to pre-designed tracks—you can fully unleash your creativity! Some of our customers have even built entire theme parks using our sets and taken customization a step further by repainting our train models to match their unique vision.

Absolutely! MicroCoaster is designed to grow with you. Whether you start with the Starter Kit or jump straight into the Legacy Kit, you can expand your coaster at any time with our upcoming expansion packs.

🌎 Do you ship worldwide?

Yes — we ship worldwide.

Orders within the United States and the European Union ship free of charge.
For other countries, shipping rates vary by location and are calculated at checkout.

There are no hidden fees. All import duties and taxes are paid upfront at checkout — you won’t need to pay anything on delivery.

🔋 Does the system require batteries or an external power source?

Our Lift Units are motorized and can be powered either with LiPo batteries or via a USB-C cable. The rest of the system is designed to function naturally using realistic physics, just like a real roller coaster. This allows for both manual and automated operation, giving you full control over your setup!

📖 Is there a manual or support available if I need help?

Absolutely! Every kit comes with a detailed instruction manual to guide you through the setup process. Additionally, we have a growing community, our own Coaster Review Youtube Series for inspiration, and a support team ready to assist you if you have any questions.
